BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB
- If you would like to commemorate your child's birthday by donating a book to the library, here is what you do.
- Simply have your child pick out a favorite hardback book at Amazon.com or your local bookstore. Feel free to contact me at cpatterson@burlesonisd.net if you need some book recommendations.
- When your child brings their special book, they will show it to their class and then add it to our growing collection in the school library.
- At the end of each month, we will have a sharing time in the library for the Birthday Book Club children. A commemorative bookplate will be place in the book honoring your child.
- If you have a summer birthday, students will celebrate their "half birthday". For example: A student with an August 15th birthday will present their Birthday Book
